Mike has 30 years' experience as a clinician working secondary and primary care. He also has extensive management expertise including clinical commissioning at board level.
Mike pioneered a multi award winning practical model of patient-centred angina care and has 14 years’ front-line experience of developing and implementing leading practice that delivers high quality care that delights users and saves waste.
John has spent 25 years working for multi national blue chip companies in Culture Change and Continuous Improvement.
He worked in Unilever for 17 years as their global TPM (Total Perfect Manufacturing) Senior Consultant and Education Lead, spending 3 years in Saudi Arabia (Projects and Factory Manager) and 3 years in USA (Continuous Improvement Director responsible for operational excellence and culture change across 25,000 strong workforce).
