"Patient-Centred, by Design"

We aim to delight our clients and our clients' customers

by creating a culture of service excellence through patient-centred continuous improvement.

About us

Picture
We are passionate about delivering the best possible service with minimal waste.  Professor Chester pioneered patient-centred angina care and has 14 years’ front-line experience of developing and implementing a state of the art model that delivers high quality care that delights users and saves waste.

John Grieves from Continuous Improvement Services Ltd., has spent even longer in industry perfecting continuous improvement models to improve quality and efficiency. We have combined our expertise to create an innovative approach to service commissioning and design which we call Patient-Centred Continuous Improvement (PCCI)

A systematic approach to continuous improvement is the best way to ensure the CCG experiment succeeds. We can help you to deliver higher quality care at lower cost by enabling you to implement a whole system continuous improvement approach to patient-centred commissioning and provision.

Our approach

We will help you:
  1. Embed genuine patient-centred continuous improvement in the CCG or Local Authority and in their provider organisations;
  2. Develop practical approaches to meaningful patient experience monitoring,  interpretation and response;
  3. Understand and help overcome the obstacles to patient-centred service provision among provider organisations;
  4. Use contracting levers to encourage patient-centredness in reluctant provider organisations;
  5. To develop a systematic approach to turn good ideas into great patient-centred outcomes;
  6. Become an inspiring, leading practise organisation where a Continuous Improvement mindset becomes part of the day job;
  7. Articulate and deploy your vision and plans from your main board to all parts of your organisation using innovative visual management and simple One Point Lessons;
  8. Develop and maintain workforce engagement;
  9.  Make real-time savings through community-based patient-centred service redesign delivered by Virtual Angina Ltd.
